God’s creation is more beautiful and mysterious than we can imagine. Let us give God thanks. (pause) Open the eyes of our heart, O God, to recognise the forces of good in the world. Through Christ our Lord. Amen. A reading from the book of the prophet Isaiah (55:6-9) Turn to the Lord! He can still be found. Call out to him. He is near. Give up your wicked ways and your evil thoughts. Return to the Lord our God. He will be merciful and forgive all your sins. The Lord says: "My thoughts and my ways are not like yours. Just as the heavens are higher than the earth, my thoughts and my ways are higher than yours." The word of the Lord. Thanks be to God. Today, we are going to calm our minds and thoughts so we can live as the best people we can be. Take a minute following this calm breathing technique... then go out and be amazing today!
